Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms.

1. Permitted use

You may use the Service to evaluate U.S. commercial storefront locations for your own business planning, subject to purchased licenses and these rules.

2. Prohibited conduct

You may not, and may not assist others to:

• Access the Service without authorization or probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities.
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download report content, maps, or APIs except through documented interfaces we provide.
• Resell, sublicense, or republish report data as a standalone data feed or competing product.
• Misrepresent affiliation with SiteScoutReport or falsify report outputs.
• Upload malware, interfere with networks, or launch denial-of-service attacks.
• Harass staff, abuse support channels, or send unlawful content.
• Use the Service for spam, fraud, or any illegal purpose.
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or payment requirements.

3. Automated access

Bots and automated access are prohibited except via written permission or official APIs we publish.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access, remove content, and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
